Indoor Summer Season
For those hot summer months, ensure your vehicle is protected from the sun and rain, or if you need extra space at home, we are the perfect location to store your vehicle. During the summer we do offer a few storage solutions to suit your lifestyle.
Short-Term Storage – Book and pay one month at a time. Your vehicle can be removed any time before that, but that spot remains yours for that duration.
Full Season with Come & Go – Pay a one-time price to reserve your spot for the season. Should you need to pick up your vehicle for summer maintenance or looking to come get your vehicle and bring it back throughout the season you may do so by booking a Come & Go appointment. Simplify your planning by leaving your passenger vehicle in your spot while you are away.

Indoor Winter Season
For those cold winter months, we are the perfect solution to keep your vehicle protected from the harsh winter Canadian weather, keep it warm and safe with us! We do have a minimum requirement for all winter spots to be paid until April 30th. If your vehicle needs to stay longer, we offer Summer Storage Services.

Indoor Long-term Storage – We offer seasonal discounts for storage commitments for both the Summer & Winter season. This is the perfect solution if you are leaving for an extended period of time, have a classic car to keep safe, or want to make extra space at home. We can store your vehicle for as long as you require, any time of the year!
Space Leasing
We offer flexible leasing solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our 173,000 sq ft warehouse in conveniently located 20 minutes from Highway 401 and 417 and only 10 minutes from the Quebec / Ontario border in Alexandria, ON. We offer spaces between 1,000 sq. ft. and 50,000 sq. ft. with varying ceiling heights of 18′, 22′ and 30′. For pricing and more information please contact us.
